Clubhouse Amenities
The Clubhouse
The Clubhouse features a fitness center, beautifully appointed seating areas, an outdoor patio that overlooks the pool, a multipurpose room and the HOA staff office. Additionally, The Clubhouse serves as the venue for many of the community's events activities.
Interested in a private function? The clubhouse is available for rentals or meetings of the community's clubs and committees. Tap the button below for more information!
Please note: As of November, The Clubhouse will be closed on Saturdays and Sundays. However, The Clubhouse will be open 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM on the first Saturday of the month for Donuts, Notary Service, ID Cards, etc.

Little Free Libraries
Heritage HOA has three libraries located throughout the community. Little Free Libraries can be found at:
- The Clubhouse
- Ninnie Baird Park
- Lily Lane in the Winfield neighborhood of the community

Barksdale Park
Located in the northwestern portion of the community, Barksdale Park offers miles of trails, a playscape, hundreds of trees and access to Barksdale Pond which is stocked with bass, catfish, crappie and more (fishing license required).

Ninnie Baird Park, nestled inside the Trinity neighborhood at Heritage HOA is one of the most serene areas in the community. Impressive tree lined trail encompass a beautiful fountain aerated pond teeming with ducks, geese, fish and numerous other wildlife.

Perfectly situated on the south side of Barksdale Pond, residents of Heritage are able to enjoy climbing features and slides underneath a sun shade covering the entire playscape. Parents will love sitting on the benches and watching under the shade of the giant Crape Myrtles.

Baby Lap Pool
Located inside the pool facility and newly remodeled in 2020, the Baby Lap Pool is the perfect place to start your little ones training so that they can join the Heritage Hurricanes Swim Team one day.

The Lagoon Pool
A smaller and more quiet place to spend your time while inside our impressive water complex. The Lagoon Pool is perfect for catching sun, talking with your neighbors and pausing underneath the grotto to take in the gorgeous scenery.

The Lap Pool
During pool season, the Lap Pool is open for adults during Sunrise Swim and all residents beginning during the general swim.
The Lap Pool also hosts the Heritage Hurricanes Swim Team for both practice and swim meets.

The Resort Pool
Spend hot summer days playing, sunning and relaxing around the massive Heritage HOA Resort Pool. The Resort Pool is designed for wading and having fun with the entire family.
This pool is home to a relaxing sun shelf with cool shade provide by the tall cypress trees to east each morning. Looking for something a bit more active? Have fun splashing around in our larger than life Heritage Bucket Splash Pad.

The Tot Pool
The Tot Pool is the perfect place for kids to get comfortable in the water. This shallow pool has a fountain feature and is protected by a sun shade to help keep the hot Texas sun off the little ones, but we still recommend sunscreen.

Splash Park
Don't feel like going in all the way? Just looking for a quick and easy way to cool off during the summer months? Then check out the Heritage HOA Splash Park on the western side of Ninnie Baird Pond. The Splash Park, which was resurfaced in 2020, is a fantastic play place for adults, teens and kids of all ages.

Sports & Fitness
The Fitness Center
Located inside The Clubhouse. The Fitness Center is where Heritage goes to feel healthy. Treadmills, bikes, stair and weight machines are available to homeowners each day of the year.

Sand Volleyball Courts
Bump, set, spike! The community has two sand volleyball courts located across the street from The Clubhouse on Courtright Drive. Reservations are not required for volleyball, so grab your friends, grab your ball and shout GAME ON!
