 1. What do I need to request tree removal? (This is for parkway trees and center yard trees)

  • Complete a modification application
  • Copy of your lot survey
  • A front full-view photo that includes 
    • All parkway trees 
    • Center yard tree 
    • Flowerbed if any
    •  House
    • Sidewalk
    •  Driveway

2. What documents must I provide with my application to install a pool?

  • Copy of your lot survey
  • Current full-view photo of your backyard
  • Color renderings provided by pool contractor (examples of the finished project)
  • Full specification sheet from a pool contractor showing pool and decking dimensions
  • Pool equipment location

 
 3. I want to add a shed in my backyard. How do I do that?

  • Complete a modification application
  • Copy of your lot survey
  • Current full-view photo of your backyard
  • Location of your shed
  • Example photo of the shed with dimensions shown
  • Ensure that your shed follows our HOA shed guidelines below

 4. Can I replace my roof? If so, how do I go about getting approval?

  • Complete a modification application
  • Current full-view photo of the front of your house
  • Example photo of what the completed project will look like, if possible
  • Color name of shingles you will use and a picture showing the color

 5. I want to add a pergola in my backyard. What do I need to include with my application?

  • Copy of your lot survey
  • Example picture of pergola
  • Location noted where pergola will be added on yard photo or lot survey
  • Current full-view photo of your backyard
  • Rendering of pergola showing dimensions
  • Picture of all materials and colors to be used  
      

6. I want to repaint the exterior of my home. What information is needed?

  • Completed modification application
  • Current full front view photo of your home
  • Example of how your home will appear once finished, if possible
  • Example color swatches showing paint brand, color, and code (EX: Sherwin Williams 7770), as well as what area will be painted with each color
